Please read Amarah & Co Hair Studio Terms and Conditions before your hair service.

PAYMENT TERMS
Amarah & Co Hair Studio requires payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. We accept cash, direct debit, visa MasterCard or After Pay. Late payments will incur a penalty fee.

OUR GUARANTEE
Amarah & Co Hair Studio liability is limited as permitted under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). But, if you are not satisfied within a 48 hours of your hair appointment, we guarantee we will redo your hair for free at discretion of the Hair dresser

COLOURING

All Colours must use el & co approved shampoo and conditioner in order to keep colour desired.
Once arrived you give our stylists permission to colour/cut your hair and understand that your desired colour may take more than one session to achieve.
You are responsible for the condition of your hair. You must be aware that the lightening process may cause some damage to your hair. (If Olaplex is not used)

BOOKING POLICY
We always do our best to meet your booking request. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. We recommend making future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time. Bookings can also be made online or by calling 03 9775 9372 or in person.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel in a timely manner. Cancellations made within less than 72 hours of your scheduled appointment incur a charge of 50% of your total booking fee, charged to your credit/debit card.

LATE POLICY
If you are more than 15-minutes late we may decline your appointment due to the affect it will have to the subsequent bookings after yours. If this happens, you will incur a fee of 30% of the service cost.

ENQUIRIES
We accept email enquiries about our services, hairdressers, makeup artists and product range. We always try to respond within 24-hours of receiving your enquiry.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
We accept requests for a particular stylist.

CHILDREN’S HAIRCUTS
Kids haircuts can be requested on Monday – Saturday between 10am and 5pm. Please comb your child’s hair before the appointment.
